File 04 / About

The person doing the work.

Together Tech Labs is one founder in Cheshire, United Kingdom, building SEND products and client websites at the same desk. What follows is the covering letter: why the studio exists, and what the work is held to.

Together Tech Labs Ltd

Cheshire, United Kingdom

Incorporated 28 April 2025

Why the studio exists

The studio exists because of a pile of paperwork. Our founder is a SEN parent, and the family's SEND paperwork had outgrown every folder it lived in: EHCP drafts, DLA forms, professional reports and review letters scattered across inboxes, carrier bags and kitchen drawers. Nothing we could buy treated that mess with the seriousness it deserved, so we built SENVault to hold it properly.

Together Tech Labs was incorporated in April 2025 to give that work a home. It is a founder-led studio in Cheshire. There is no team page because there is no team: the studio is its founder, and this site shows the work rather than the headshots.

The client work grew from the same desk. Building SENVault meant getting good at the unglamorous parts: careful data handling, and pages that work with a keyboard and stay quick on an old phone. Those turned out to be the same things a working business needs from its website, and the second side of the studio took shape. The first of those sites, for JG Technical, is live, and several more are in progress now.

Day to day, the two sides keep each other honest. A working business notices quickly when a site lets it down, which keeps our standards practical. And because our products carry our own family's records, we already hold ourselves to a higher bar on privacy and calm than any client has ever asked us for.

Yours, from the kitchen table this started on,

The founder

Standing instructions

What stays ticked

Four boxes on the studio's own form, and none of them has an empty state. If a job would need one unticked, we do not take the job.

  • 01Accessible by default

Contrast, keyboard access and calm motion go into the plan before the first page exists, because bolting them on afterwards never works as well.

  • 02Built and run by the person you talk to

There is no account manager in the way. The person answering your email is the person who wrote the code.

  • 03Products we use ourselves

SENVault holds our own family's SEND paperwork, so when something is clumsy we feel it before you do.

  • 04Plain answers, visible progress

You get a straight yes, no or not yet, and a staging link you can open whenever you want to check on the build.

The sensory contract

Plenty of the people we build for find loud interfaces genuinely hard to use, and so do people in our own house. So everything we ship, this site included, follows the same rules: nothing flashes, nothing autoplays, and asking for reduced motion actually reduces it.

These are checked against every release. If a change would make one of them untrue, the change does not ship.

  • NO STROBE

Talk to the person who builds it

An email to the studio lands with the founder, not a queue. Tell us what you are trying to get built. The reply comes back in plain words, whichever way it goes.
